Methodology

Today's technology projects are increasingly complex. They require a variety of interrelated tools and techniques, and must be carefully managed to meet schedules, budgets and sponsor's desires. Many different methodologies have been developed years to help projects succeed in the face of such complexity. Choosing the right one and making it work requires a careful match of approach, people, and type of project. Having hands-on experience with most of them, ASIX is able to select, prepare and manage the right methodology for each of our projects.
