Ascend User GroupThe Ascend User Group (AUG) was created in a collaboration between ASIX and our clients and today is independently managed by the Ascend user community. It is composed of Assessment, Treasurer, and Technology delegates from each of our customer counties. Currently, the group meets twice per year and the hosting county changes with every meeting. ASIX subject matter experts, customer support staff, and company management always attend these conferences. The AUG maintains a set of bylaws and a business meeting is held at each conference to discuss user group agenda items and to elect new officers. The AUG has a portion of the ASIX Customer Site set aside for postings and summaries of past gatherings. |
